The Illuminate 2.0 I-Series Paddle has a traditional shape with exceptional surfacing that looks beautiful! The face of this paddle is made from carbon fiber, providing you a wonderful balance between "touch" and "pop," and features a UV textured surface which improves spin so that it’s easier to send pickleballs where you want them. Enjoy a sturdy feel with quiet sound thanks to the polypropylene core.The Illuminate 2.0 I-Series Paddle has a medium weight ranging from 7.4 – 7.8 oz. It has a thin grip circumference with a 5” handle length which uses a tennis-style end cap. This helps prevent your hand from sliding off the bottom of the handle while creating a firmer hold thanks to the angled edges. The colorful graphics feature PROLITE’s logo of a pickleball and lightning strike in the center of the face and have a slim, tapered edge guard to protect it.

Love my new Illuminate Paddle!

I am thrilled with this new paddle...had an older beginner Pro-Lite paddle that I cherished for the custom small grip size it had...but it got "taken" recently and I had to order a new paddle. The Illuminate fits the bill perfectly - small grip size with the ribbing for extra grip action, and a great bouncy response that the other one did not have...gives more power on poke shots, backhand and forehand. Yet the paddle is super-light, yet well-weighted and doesn't bother my wrist when playing lots of games in a row. Highly recommend!

The Illuminate paddle has been a nice upgrade in weight from my beginner paddle but with a small grip which fits my small hands.

Had a great time dinking and smashing shots with great control today. Had been borrowing a Champion beginner paddle and this ProLite felt great in hand and I was able to add spin with ease. I am a beginner player so I’ll be keeping this paddle well into intermediate play. It’s 7.5oz so it’s pretty light in hand just in case that’s not what you’re looking for.
