Heavyweight/Small Grip

Diadem Warrior V1 19mm Pickleball Paddle

The Warrior Carbon Fiber Paddle by Diadem is the first to utilize a 19mm (0.748") thick core, making it the thickest paddle the pickleball market has ever seen. It features a special 3-layered honeycomb utilizing hard-hitting Nomex in the center with a layer of vibration-dampening polypropylene on either side. The result is excellent power and feedback, while maintaining a sense of control which instills confidence in your ball placement and short game. These playing characteristics are amplified by the Grit Paint on the surface which enables the player to almost effortlessly add spin to slice and cut shots. Despite the imposing core thickness, this paddle does not have a large grip, as it tapers at the neck and leads to a slim 4-1/8" circumference handle.

The Warrior Pickleball Paddle weighs an average of 8.5 oz. and has a 5" long handle. The unique Taper Tech from Diadem is what allows the grip size to remain manageable in comparison to the dense core. At a 16.4" overall length, the Warrior creates an easier sense of reach and court coverage. Its face material is high-grade carbon fiber to deliver an extra reactive touch.

The Warrior Carbon Fiber Pickleball Paddle from Diadem brings harder-hitting swings to your game without reducing your sense of control.

Actual grip sizes may vary up to 1/8".

I am very satisfied with this paddle. With the slightly heavier construction, compared to my prior paddle, I feel like a have more control over my shots.

The grit on the face of this paddle is great for spins and the paddle has a good solid weight and feel to it. Customer service was amazing when something went wrong, they sent a new one out immediately.

I love this paddle. It has added power to my game. The elongated face and longer handle provides a nice sweet spot. I've tried 3 other paddles and this is definitely my favorite. I am a female 3.4 level player.

I tried a Diadem Warrior paddle owned by a friend and thought I would love it after playing a couple of games. However, after buying one and playing with it for a couple of months, I gave up on it. I am a 4.0+ player. I found I could not 1) get a consistent response from the paddle, and 2) at times, it was too powerful for me and the ball flew off way beyond my intended aim. Also, the surface paint of the paddle was flaking off unusually fast. I did not encounter the separation of the edge as reported in other reviews. The paddle felt powerful on certain strokes but other times the paddle was a dud. I changed to a Selkirk and have found my game again.
